Hi, I’m Eric Lax, a nature and wildlife photographer based in the Tri-State Area. Through my lens, I strive to capture the untamed beauty of nature, one shot at a time. My journey into photography began during my time at The University of Tampa, where I transitioned from being a collegiate baseball player to discovering a profound passion for digital art and photography. This shift allowed me to reconnect with my early love for drawing and immerse myself in the world of visual storytelling.

 

Over the years, I've honed my skills to focus on the intricate details of wildlife and the serene landscapes they inhabit. From the piercing gaze of a wolf to the delicate simplicity of lily pads, I aim to showcase the diverse beauty of the natural world. Recently, I've rekindled my love for film photography, embracing the deliberate process it entails and the unique aesthetic it offers. Through my work, I hope to inspire others to appreciate and protect the environment, fostering a deeper connection between people and the natural world.
